We are seeking a proactive and experienced Senior Academic Counsellor who can guide students in achieving their academic and career goals. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with students and parents. We seek someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple counselling sessions efficiently.

Job Responsibilities:

• Counsel prospective students regarding academic programs, eligibility, and admission procedures.

• Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and inquiries to guide students in selecting suitable courses.

• Maintain accurate records of student interactions, follow-ups, and conversions.

• Assist students with application, enrollment, and documentation processes.

• Provide guidance on career options and academic progression.

• Achieve admission/enrollment targets as set by the management.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with students to ensure satisfaction and retention.

• Coordinate with academic and administrative teams for smooth student support services.

Key Skills & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Education, Management, or related field).

• Prior experience in academic counselling, telecalling, or student support is an advantage.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong listening, problem-solving, and persuasive abilities.

• Comfortable working with targets and deadlines.

• Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace and CRM tools.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
