Job Summary:

We are hiring Telecallers to join our academic counselling team in Trichy. The role involves interacting with students and parents, providing guidance on academic programs, and supporting the admission process through effective communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective students and respond to inquiries
• Explain course details, eligibility, and admission procedures
• Schedule counselling sessions and follow up regularly
• Maintain accurate call records and update CRM systems
• Meet daily and monthly targets for calls and conversions
• Provide clear and courteous support to students and parents

Required Skills:

• Good communication skills in Tamil and English
• Ability to explain academic offerings confidently
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools)
• Positive attitude, patience, and willingness to learn
• Ability to work independently and in a team

Eligibility:

• Minimum qualification: 12th pass or any graduate
• Freshers with interest in academic counselling are welcome
• Candidates with 1+ years of telecalling or counselling experience will be preferred
