Job Description

As an experienced candidate with a Doctorate in Commerce or Management and a minimum of 5+ years of teaching experience, you will be responsible for various key roles and responsibilities in this position: - Academic Leadership: You will provide guidance and leadership in academic matters, ensuring the quality and relevance of the curriculum. - Curriculum Development: Your expertise will be vital in developing and refining the curriculum to meet the needs of the students and industry standards. - Faculty Management: You will oversee the faculty members, providing support, guidance, and mentorship to ensure their professional growth and effectiveness. - Administrative Oversight: You will be responsible for the overall administration of the academic programs, ensuring smooth operations and compliance with regulations. - Student Affairs: Your role will involve interacting with students, addressing their concerns, and creating a conducive learning environment. - Budget Management: You will be involved in budget planning, allocation, and monitoring to ensure efficient use of resources. - Strategic Planning: Your strategic mindset will be essential in setting goals, developing plans, and implementing initiatives to drive the institution forward. - Accreditation: You will work towards maintaining and obtaining necessary accreditations for the institution's programs. - Research and Innovation: Your involvement in research activities and promoting innovation will contribute to the academic excellence of the institution. - Institutional Policies: You will play a key role in developing and enforcing institutional policies to maintain standards and compliance. - Public Relations: Building and maintaining positive relationships with the public, media, and other stakeholders to enhance the institution's reputation. - Stakeholder Engagement: Engaging with various stakeholders such as industry partners, alumni, and community members to foster collaboration and support for the institution. - Assessment and Evaluation: Implementing processes for assessing student performance, program effectiveness, and overall institutional performance. - Professional Development: Supporting the continuous professional growth of faculty and staff through training, workshops, and other development opportunities. - Crisis Management: Being prepared to handle and resolve any crises or emergencies that may arise within the institution. The basic salary for this position ranges from 30,000/- to 35,000/-, and it is a full-time job that requires in-person work at the specified location.,
