At INTEGRTR, we’re expanding our product team and looking for seasoned ABAP Developers to help shape the next generation of our HR-tech integration offerings. If you have 5+ years of ABAP expertise and thrive on solving complex HCM challenges, this is the role for you.
What you’ll be doing
Design & develop
core ABAP OO components for our SaaS productsBuild and consume
OData services (CDS/plain-vanilla) to power Fiori and third-party integrationsCollaborate
with product managers, UX/UI leads and customer teams to define requirements and deliver enhancementsOptimize
existing workflows: classical reports, ALVs, function modules and BAdIsSupport
hybrid landscapes and on-premise ↔ cloud scenariosEngage
in onsite customer workshops and remote debugging sessions
What we’re looking for
Mandatory (5+ years)
- Hands-on ABAP development with strong Object-Oriented design
- Proven experience in HR-specific ABAP (payroll, personnel administration, org management)
- End-to-end OData service creation and consumption
Nice to have
- BIB (Business Intelligence) integration experience
- SOAP-based web services (both inbound & outbound)
- Exposure to SAP Fiori fundamentals
- Working knowledge of hybrid landscapes (on-prem ⇄ cloud)
- Familiarity with classical SAP reporting tools (ALV, FM, BAdI)
