Responsibilities:

1. Handling Stock Exchange Filings and other compliances related to Listed Entity including Quarterly, half yearly and Annual Compliances as per various Acts and Regulations like SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (LODR), Companies Act, 2013, Prohibition of Insider Trading Code, etc.

2. Knowledge about ROC filings.

3. Maintaining Statutory Registers as per Companies Act, 2013.

4. Drafting Agenda and Minutes for Board Meetings & others Committee Meetings.

5. Drafting Circular Resolutions.

6. Assisting in preparation of Annual General Meetings/General Meetings.

7. To collect Annual Disclosures from the Directors of the Company.

8. Coordinating with other departments to collect the data required to conduct various meetings.

9. Good command of the English language.
