About the Role

Seller Account Manager (Contractual)


Key Responsibilities


Seller Growth & Development

  • Expand live assortment by ensuring complete seller catalog activation.
  • Share insights on category trends and assortment gaps to drive seller growth.
  • Achieve consistent month-on-month business expansion for assigned sellers.

Seller Engagement

  • Maintain healthy seller KPIs — assortment, pricing, and availability.
  • Build strong relationships with sellers to improve sales and operational efficiency.
  • Conduct regular business reviews and drive adoption of seller tools (pricing, promotions, ads).
  • Ensure active seller participation in platform campaigns and events.

Ads & Monetization

  • Train and onboard sellers on Product Listing Ads (PLA).
  • Monitor and optimize ad campaign performance to maximize reach and conversions.
  • Drive monetization through increased ad participation and spends.


Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 4+ years of experience in

    Key Account Management, Seller Management, or E-commerce Operations

    .
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficient in

    Excel and data-driven decision making

    .
  • Fluent in

    English and Hindi

    .
  • Comfortable working in a

    target-based and fast-paced environment

    .
