Selenium QA

Key ResponsibilitiesDesign develop and execute automated test scripts using Selenium WebDriverWork closely with cross functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into test casesSupport continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI and CD) processesAnalyse and document test results, report bugs, and work with the development team to resolve issuesMaintain traceability between test cases and requirementsContribute to performance and regression testing strategiesApply knowledge of claims processing in the insurance domain to improve test coverage and scenario realismAssist in creating and maintaining test data for automated testingParticipate in code reviews sprint planning, and other Agile ceremonies

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering, or related field3 plus years of experience in QA Automation, specifically with Selenium WebDriverProficient in Java programming languageStrong knowledge in element DOM identificationGood understating of BDDStrong knowledge in Page FactoryStrong understanding of QA methodologies, test planning, and test case designHands on experience with tools like JIRA Azure DevOps TestNG Maven Git Jenkins, etcExperience working in Agile Scrum environmentsIn-depth understanding of insurance industry processes and terminologyExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsStrong communication skills, both written and verbal

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with API testing tools like Postman or Rest AssuredFamiliarity with BDD frameworks such as CucumberKnowledge of performance testing tools (e.g JMeter)ISTQB or other QA certificationsExperience with cloud-based testing tools or environments (e.g AWS, Azure DevOps)
