We are looking for skilled and motivated Selenium Automation Testers with around 4 years of hands-on experience in building and executing automated test suites. If you are passionate about quality, love solving problems, and enjoy working in an agile environment, this is your chance to be part of a growing and innovative QA team.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium WebDriver

Create and enhance automation frameworks using best practices (POM, Hybrid, Data-Driven)

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into test cases

Perform regression testing, integration testing, and sanity testing using automation

Integrate automation scripts with CI/CD tools like Jenkins or GitHub Actions

Identify test coverage gaps and contribute to improving automation strategies

Analyze test results, report bugs, and work closely with developers to resolve issues

Required Skills & Qualifications:

4 years of hands-on experience in Selenium automation testing

Proficient in Java / Python / C# for writing automation scripts (customize based on your stack)

Solid experience with TestNG, JUnit, or other testing frameworks

Good understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and QA methodologies

Working knowledge of version control tools like Git

Experience with build tools such as Maven or Gradle

Exposure to CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins)

Basic knowledge of API testing and tools like Postman

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Good to Have:

Experience with BDD frameworks like Cucumber

Familiarity with cross-browser testing tools (e.g., BrowserStack, Sauce Labs)

Basic SQL knowledge for data validation

Understanding of Agile/Scrum practices

Knowledge of modern automation tools like Cypress, Playwright is a plus
