Segment Manager- Primary Metals & Metal Working Fluids & General Engineering.

As a Key Account Manager at the company, your role involves managing relationships with key accounts to ensure business is ringfenced. Your responsibilities include developing and consolidating relationships with prospects, making proposals in response to tenders, and enhancing brand awareness. You will also facilitate local relationships between Total affiliates, APMO zone, and IOEMs. Key Responsibilities: - Manage relationships with Key Accounts to keep business ringfenced - Prospect, develop, and consolidate relationships - Make proposals in response to tenders - Develop TotalEnergies brand awareness at Prospects and key accounts - Facilitate local relationships between Total affiliates, APMO zone, and IOEMs - Obtain/renew contracts of TotalEnergies Lubricants with key Accounts as per business plan - Conduct market intelligence on new technologies defined by IOEMs - Update/report activities of competitors - Conduct relevant tests/trials for product differentiation - Transform MWF/PM trials into business impacts per segment - Guide team on Key account action deployment - Identify direct sales opportunities and assist sales team - Propose initiatives to improve performance and efficiency - Implement annual customer account plans focusing on stakeholder and relationship management, HSEQ, and Ethical compliance - Proactively manage revenues and costs to maximize Account profitability - Communicate and manage relationships with functions for support Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - Proven experience in Key Account Management - Strong communication and negotiation skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively - Knowledge of lubricants industry is a plus Company Additional Details: The company is dedicated to fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment where employees are encouraged to take ownership of their roles and strive for continuous improvement.
