Role Description

We are seeking a Seed Investor to join Apna Family in a full-time, on-site capacity at our headquarters in Gurugram. The Seed Investor will play a crucial role in providing financial support, helping to shape the company’s growth strategy, and facilitating resources to scale Apna Family’s operations. This role involves close collaboration with the founding team to evaluate funding opportunities, provide strategic guidance, and foster relationships with partners and stakeholders to drive the organization’s mission and expansion objectives.

Qualifications

• Strong financial and strategic planning skills, with experience in fundraising and financial modeling.
• Exceptional negotiation, relationship-building, and networking abilities.
• Hands-on knowledge in market research, risk assessment, and business development.
• Previous experience in venture capital, angel investing, or supporting startups is highly advantageous.
• Passionate about supporting purpose-driven platforms and businesses focusing on caregiving, community, and well-being.
• Proven track record as a strategic advisor or entrepreneur with a strong understanding of the caregiving, healthcare, or home services sector is a plus.
