Apna Family is dedicated to creating safe, joyful, and connected lives for families across India. Role Description This is an on-site role for a Figma UI/UX Designer located in Motihari. The UI/UX Designer will be responsible for creating user-centered designs by understanding business requirements and user feedback. Day-to-day tasks include designing user interfaces and user experiences for web and mobile applications, developing interactive prototypes, conducting usability tests, and collaborating with product managers and developers to implement designs. The role requires attention to detail, a creative and analytical approach, and the ability to adapt to new design challenges quickly. Qualifications Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and other design tools Experience in UI/UX design principles and methodologies Strong skills in prototyping, wireframing, and interaction design Ability to conduct user research and usability testing Excellent communication and collaboration skills Attention to detail and problem-solving skills Experience working in an Agile development environment is a plus Bachelor's degree in Design, Interaction Design, or related field
