Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Jharsuguda for a Security Supervisor and Guards. The Security Supervisor will oversee and manage security operations, coordinate with the team, and ensure all security protocols are followed. The Guards will be responsible for maintaining physical security, monitoring premises, and providing customer service when required. Daily tasks include conducting patrols, responding to incidents, and maintaining detailed reports of any security issues.

Qualifications

• Supervisory skills and Operations Management experience
• Physical security skills, including monitoring and patrolling
• Effective communication and strong customer service abilities
• Attention to detail and ability to respond to security incidents promptly
• Proven experience in the security sector is beneficial
• Relevant certifications or training in security management are a plus
