Security Program Manager

As a Security Program Manager in Sydney, you will be responsible for leading and managing the Cybersecurity Landscape for clients, ensuring all deliverables are met in accordance with the contract. Your role will involve: - Managing various Security tracks within the account, including Identity & Access management, Network Security, Endpoint Security, GRC, and Application Security. - Driving excellent Customer Satisfaction and NPS. - Working collaboratively with clients, partners, employees, and agencies to ensure project success. - Supporting the development, implementation, and communication of cybersecurity activities and programs. - Leading the set-up and execution of program events, briefings, and meetings. - Liaising with other teams to identify and exploit opportunities with other programs across the organization. - Managing multi-functional team coordination, opportunity screening, benefit/cost analysis, issue resolution, and reporting. - Ensuring SLA compliance, process adherence, and process improvisation to achieve operational objectives. - Revising and developing processes to strengthen the current Security Operations Framework, reviewing policies, and highlighting challenges in managing SLAs. - Managing the administration and maintenance of security devices consisting of state-of-the-art technologies. - Acting as a Single point of contact with client CISO for existing landscape, future requirements by working as a Security Consultant for the client. You should have a minimum of 14 to 20 years of experience, with at least 8 to 10 years in the Cyber Security domain. Your expertise in cybersecurity strategies and thought leadership will be crucial in ensuring the success of the cybersecurity programs and activities you will be managing.,
