Security Officer

We are seeking a professional, highly trained, and physically capable individual to join our team as Bouncer and Personal Security Staff. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our venue, clients, or specific events. This role requires exceptional vigilance, strong conflict resolution skills, and a commitment to maintaining a professional demeanor under pressure.

Key Responsibilities

• Access Control: Verify identification, manage entry/exit, and ensure only authorized individuals enter the premises or restricted areas.
• Safety and Security: Patrol the premises to prevent and detect signs of intrusion, theft, vandalism, or other security breaches.
• Conflict Resolution: De-escalate disturbances, handle intoxicated or unruly patrons/individuals, and apply appropriate physical intervention when necessary and within legal guidelines.
• Emergency Response: Respond effectively to emergency situations, including medical incidents and fires, and coordinate with emergency services.
• Client Protection (Personal Security): Provide close protection to designated individuals, ensuring their safety and privacy in various settings.
• Reporting: Document and report incidents, suspicious activities, and required repairs or safety hazards to management.
• Adherence to Policy: Enforce all company policies, rules, and regulations consistently and fairly.

Qualifications and Requirements

Required

• Experience: Proven work experience (2+ years preferred) as a Bouncer, Security Guard, or relevant personal security role.
• Physical Fitness: Excellent physical condition, strength, and stamina to perform the duties required.
• Legal Compliance: Must possess a valid security guard license/certification as required by local and state regulations.
• Skills: Exceptional observational and communication skills. Proven ability to remain calm and make sound judgments in high-stress situations.
• Availability: Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required.

Preferred

• Certification in First Aid/CPR/AED.
• Training in Defensive Tactics, Use of Force, or Conflict De-escalation.
• Clean driving record and reliable transportation.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹10,893.69 - ₹20,000.00 per month
