Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

Ensure security personnel are deployed effectively to maintain order and discipline within the premises.
Conduct regular checks on CCTV cameras, fire extinguishers, and other safety equipment to ensure they are in working condition.
Monitor access control systems to prevent unauthorized entry into restricted areas.
Investigate incidents promptly and take appropriate action to maintain a secure environment.
Maintain accurate records of all incidents, accidents, and security breaches.
Accompanying Chairman on rounds.
Checking of guards at all the security posts
Convey special instruction to the guards received from Manager/Management.
Preparation of Duty roster.
Assisting in salary calculations/disbursement of salary to guards
Maintaining Guards attendance of all units.
Carryout the regular rounds

Desired Candidate Profile:

Strong understanding of military protocols and procedures for maintaining law enforcement standards.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while prioritizing tasks effectively.
3-7 years of experience in army retired or defense background with expertise in security management services.
Military degree is also acceptable
