1. To ensure that all supplies are received under proper delivery challan, receipt, etc.,
2. To receive the materials thoroughly checked against with purchase order.
3. To checking the materials quantity, quality.
4. To enter the GIR register for further process.
5. To report to higher authority about non-routine items/defectives, etc.,
6. To make the GRN (Goods Receipt Note) entry in system for all surgical and sub- stores (regular).
7. To be rights updation of all wards to the IP Patients billing requests.
8. To be billing IP/OP patient requests.
9. To be checking that IP/OP requests.
10. To make the gate pass, if any returnable for demo/service/replacement, etc.,
11. To receive & checking the capital equipments with bio medical department and storing in proper area.
12. To inform to higher authority about capital equipments.
13. To guide and request to outpatients.
14. To attend the phone calls from wards, supplies and clarify with them.
15. To inform the materials to user department immediately.
16. To make the GRN & billing regarding consignment materials, if concerned staff is unavailable.
17. To follow up the reorder level for all surgical related items.
18. To checking the GRN before process.
19. Any other duties as assigned by the Management from time to time
