Security Officer

Job Summary: We are seeking a disciplined and responsible Security Officer to oversee and maintain the safety and security of our factory premises, staff, and assets. The Security Officer will be responsible for supervising the security team, monitoring access control, and ensuring proper implementation of factory safety protocols. --- Key Responsibilities: Supervise entry and exit of personnel, vehicles, and materials. Maintain visitor records, gate passes, and logbooks. Prevent unauthorized entry and report suspicious activities. Enforce safety and security rules within the premises. Coordinate during emergencies like fire, theft, or labor issues. Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments. Train and manage security guards on shift duties. --- Qualification & Skills: Education: Minimum 12th pass (Graduates preferred) Experience: 1+ More years in industrial/factory security (ex-servicemen preferred) Skills Required: Strong observation and leadership skills Knowledge of access control systems & emergency response Good communication and record-keeping Familiarity with factory safety standards --- Additional Details: Reporting To: Factory Manager / Admin Head / HR Manager Shift: Day & Night Rotational Languages Preferred: Tamil, Hindi (as applicable) Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹10,500.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month Benefits: Food provided Leave encashment Provident Fund Schedule: Rotational shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Yearly bonus Work Location: In person
