Staff Nurse

Job Description

We are seeking a qualified and compassionate Staff Nurse to manage the health and wellness of our factory employees. The nurse will be responsible for administering first aid, managing minor injuries or illnesses, maintaining health records, and ensuring a safe and hygienic workplace in compliance with occupational health standards. Key Responsibilities: Provide first aid and emergency care to workers injured or unwell during work hours. Maintain medical records and health check-up reports for all employees. Handle ESI-related documentation and coordinate for employee treatment. Monitor health and hygiene conditions inside the factory. Educate employees on basic health, hygiene, and safety practices. Maintain and stock all medical supplies and equipment in the factory clinic. Prepare reports for statutory compliance (as required by Factory Act / Health Dept). Support during medical emergencies, health audits, and annual medical check-ups. Qualification & Skills: Education: Diploma in GNM or B.Sc Nursing License: Valid nursing registration (State Nursing Council) Experience: 1+ years in hospital or industrial setup preferred Skills Required: Basic first aid and emergency care Strong documentation and record-keeping Good interpersonal and communication skills Awareness of occupational health and safety standards --- Additional Details: Reporting To: Factory Manager & HR Head.
