The Security Officer will be responsible for supervising the security team, monitoring access control, and ensuring proper implementation of factory safety protocols. --- Key Responsibilities: Supervise entry and exit of personnel, vehicles, and materials. Maintain visitor records, gate passes, and logbooks. Prevent unauthorized entry and report suspicious activities. Enforce safety and security rules within the premises. Coordinate during emergencies like fire, theft, or labor issues. Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments. We are seeking a qualified and compassionate Staff Nurse to manage the health and wellness of our factory employees. The nurse will be responsible for administering first aid, managing minor injuries or illnesses, maintaining health records, and ensuring a safe and hygienic workplace in compliance with occupational health standards. Key Responsibilities: Provide first aid and emergency care to workers injured or unwell during work hours. Maintain medical records and health check-up reports for all employees. Handle ESI-related documentation and coordinate for employee treatment. Monitor health and hygiene conditions inside the factory. Educate employees on basic health, hygiene, and safety practices. Maintain and stock all medical supplies and equipment in the factory clinic. Prepare reports for statutory compliance (as required by Factory Act / Health Dept). Support during medical emergencies, health audits, and annual medical check-ups.
