Security Manager

As the Multi-Site Security Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing security operations at various client locations to ensure the consistent implementation of policies, procedures, and best practices. Your role will involve leading and mentoring Security Supervisors and the back-office security team, focusing on effective staffing, performance management, and professional development. You will serve as the primary point of contact for clients on security matters, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring that service delivery aligns with contractual and operational expectations. Developing, implementing, and enforcing security strategies, policies, and protocols tailored to client needs and organizational goals will be a key aspect of your responsibilities. Operational coordination will be crucial, as you will need to ensure that site supervisors manage day-to-day operations effectively, including staff scheduling, patrols, incident reporting, and system monitoring. Conducting regular risk assessments for each client site, identifying vulnerabilities, and implementing appropriate mitigation strategies will also be part of your duties. In the event of incidents or emergencies, you will oversee incident response across sites, lead investigations into breaches, thefts, or safety concerns, and coordinate emergency response procedures. Moreover, ensuring the proper functioning of security technologies such as CCTV, access control, alarm systems, and other monitoring solutions across sites will be essential. You will organize training programs for supervisors and guards to enhance security awareness, crisis response, and compliance with client requirements. Compliance with local laws, contractual obligations, and industry regulations while maintaining best practices in security management is a priority. Collaborating with external security vendors, contractors, and service providers to maintain and improve site security operations will be part of your role. Additionally, you will prepare and manage budgets for multi-site security operations, ensuring effective allocation of resources. Providing regular reports to senior management and clients detailing incident trends, risk assessments, staffing status, and overall security performance will also be expected.
