Join us in our mission to Make Every Moment Matter! **Key Responsibilities:** - Support the smooth running of the safety & security department, maintaining all aspects at the highest levels - Proactively improve guest satisfaction and comfort, responding positively and timely to guest enquiries - Achieve safety & security initiatives, hotel targets, and manage the maintenance team for growth and performance - Manage departmental budget, control costs and inventory, and ensure productivity and performance levels - Build effective relationships with key stakeholders and implement a planned preventative maintenance programme - Ensure compliance with legislation, due diligence requirements, and best practice activities for internal and external audits **Requirements:** - Proven experience in safety & security with strong problem-solving skills - Excellent managerial skills with a hands-on approach and lead-by-example work style - Commitment to exceptional guest service and passion for the hospitality industry - Ability to provide creative solutions, advice, and recommendations - Personal integrity and ability to work in an environment that demands excellence - Proficiency in using IT systems on various platforms - Strong communication skills **About Radisson Hotel Group:** Join us in our mission to make every moment matter for our guests and be a part of the most inspired hotel company in the world.
