Security Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Developing Security Strategies:Creating and implementing security policies and procedures to mitigate risks and protect the hotel from threats.
• Managing Security Personnel:Supervising and training security staff, including scheduling, performance management, and ensuring proper staffing levels.
• Overseeing Security Systems:Managing and maintaining security systems like surveillance cameras, access control systems, and alarm systems.
• Incident Response:Responding to and managing security incidents, including emergencies, guest disputes, and potential criminal activity.
• Risk Assessment:Identifying potential security vulnerabilities and developing strategies to address them.
• Ensuring Compliance:Ensuring the hotel complies with relevant security regulations and standards.
• Creating a Safe Environment:Ensuring that guests and staff feel safe and secure within the hotel premises.
• Budget Management:Managing the security department's budget and resources.
• Liaison with Authorities:Coordinating with local law enforcement and other relevant agencies when necessary.
• Training and Awareness:Providing security training to hotel staff and raising awareness about security protocols.
• Emergency Preparedness:Developing and implementing emergency response plans.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
