About The Role

Exciting opportunity for an experienced Security Incident Responder to join our Global Information Security Team in Pune, India. Take a key role in driving success as you coordinate and lead security incident response activities across time zones, ensuring timely detection, triage, and resolution of security events. You’ll work closely with internal teams and our MDR partner to strengthen Hansen’s global security posture.

You are a highly enthusiastic individual with proven experience working as a SOC Analyst, Incident Responder or Detection Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as Incident Commander and coordinate security incident response within the time zone.
• Monitor security platforms and alerts, triaging and prioritizing investigations.
• Collaborate with MDR partners and internal teams to ensure timely detection and alerting.
• Develop, maintain, and test incident response procedures and playbooks.
• Contribute to process improvements and automation use cases for faster incident management.
• Tune SIEMs and security dashboards to optimize alerting and reporting.
