Security Guard

Key Responsibilities   A. Campus Security & Surveillance                •            Maintain round-the-clock security and vigilance at all school entry/exit points.                •            Monitor CCTV cameras (where applicable) and report suspicious activities immediately.                •            Conduct regular patrolling of classrooms, corridors, playgrounds, labs, parking areas, and other critical zones.                •            Ensure all fire exits, staircases, and emergency routes are obstruction-free.   B. Gate Management & Access Control                •            Manage student, parent, staff, vendor, and visitor entry strictly as per school gate pass protocol.                •            Maintain a visitor register and issue visitor passes only after verification.                •            Ensure proper checking of bags/vehicles entering the premises when required.                •            Prevent unauthorized access and ensure only designated persons enter restricted areas.   C. Labour & Vendor Movement Control                •            Maintain a labour movement register and ensure proper entry/exit of construction labourers, maintenance staff, and subcontracted personnel.                •            Conduct security checks of labourers during entry and exit (bags, tools, materials).                •            Ensure labourers work only in their designated zone and do not access student areas.                •            Coordinate with Admin Officer/Project Team for daily labour attendance and movement patterns.   D. Student Safety & Support                •            Ensure safe student dispersal during morning arrival and afternoon dispersal.                •            Maintain discipline during break, assemblies, events, and bus boarding zones.                •            Assist in preventing bullying, unsafe behaviour, running in corridors, or accidents.                •            Escort students safely during emergencies or medical situations.
