We are seeking a passionate and qualified French Educator to deliver engaging and effective French language instruction to students across various grade levels. The ideal candidate should possess strong language proficiency, an understanding of modern teaching methodologies, and the ability to foster a love for languages and cultures among learners. Key Responsibilities: Design and deliver French language lessons aligned with curriculum objectives and student learning outcomes. Develop lesson plans, instructional materials, and assessments appropriate for various learning levels. Incorporate interactive, communicative, and immersive teaching techniques to enhance language acquisition. Foster a positive classroom environment that promotes student engagement, participation, and respect. Monitor and assess student progress regularly; provide constructive feedback and maintain academic records. Prepare students for internal assessments, language proficiency exams (such as DELF), and school events. Integrate technology and multimedia tools into the language learning process where appropriate. Encourage cultural awareness through the inclusion of Francophone literature, films, music, and traditions. Collaborate with other educators and participate in departmental meetings, parent-teacher interactions, and school activities. Organize or assist with extracurricular programs such as French clubs, language fairs, exchange programs, and cultural days. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in French, Languages, Education, or a related field. Certification in French language proficiency (e.g., DELF B2/C1 or equivalent); teaching certifications preferred. Prior teaching experience in a school or language institute setting (minimum 2–3 years preferred). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Key Responsibilities A. Campus Security & Surveillance • Maintain round-the-clock security and vigilance at all school entry/exit points. • Monitor CCTV cameras (where applicable) and report suspicious activities immediately. • Conduct regular patrolling of classrooms, corridors, playgrounds, labs, parking areas, and other critical zones. • Ensure all fire exits, staircases, and emergency routes are obstruction-free. B. Gate Management & Access Control • Manage student, parent, staff, vendor, and visitor entry strictly as per school gate pass protocol. • Maintain a visitor register and issue visitor passes only after verification. • Ensure proper checking of bags/vehicles entering the premises when required. • Prevent unauthorized access and ensure only designated persons enter restricted areas. C. Labour & Vendor Movement Control • Maintain a labour movement register and ensure proper entry/exit of construction labourers, maintenance staff, and subcontracted personnel. • Conduct security checks of labourers during entry and exit (bags, tools, materials). • Ensure labourers work only in their designated zone and do not access student areas. • Coordinate with Admin Officer/Project Team for daily labour attendance and movement patterns. D. Student Safety & Support • Ensure safe student dispersal during morning arrival and afternoon dispersal. • Maintain discipline during break, assemblies, events, and bus boarding zones. • Assist in preventing bullying, unsafe behaviour, running in corridors, or accidents. • Escort students safely during emergencies or medical situations.
