Job Description

Act as Shift Incharge and lead a team of Security Supervisors and Security Guards (Male & Female).
Ensure smooth execution of all security and safety operations within the store premises.
Operate and monitor Fire Alarm Panel, Smoke Detectors, Sprinkler Systems, Fire Extinguishers, and Electronic Security Systems.
Capable of providing First Aid, CPR, and AED assistance during emergencies.
Prepare detailed Incident and Accident Reports with proper documentation and follow-up actions.
Conduct routine security inspections and maintain readiness of all safety and security equipment.
Supervise access control, visitor management, CCTV operations, and emergency response procedures.

Candidate Requirements:

Fluent in English communication (spoken and written).
Skilled in First Aid, CPR, and AED device operation.
Knowledge of Fire Safety Systems and Electronic Security Equipment.
Prior experience as Security Supervisor / Coordinator / Operations Incharge preferred.
Strong leadership, coordination, and reporting skills.
