1. Graduate with 7 to 10 years in security field with 3 years experience in supervisory role. Defence/paramilitary forces background (JCO/NCO), certification in security/fire and experience in IT/ITES, BFSI industry will be an added advantage.

2. In possession of valid Police verification certificate prior to deployment in client sites.

3. Qualified in first aid, BLS and AED and in possession of certifications from appropriate authority.

4. Fluency in read-write-speak English and regional Language of the region where the deployment is being assigned by Company. Ability to comprehend and follow written and verbal communications.

5. Working knowledge in MS office (word, excel & power point), outlook mail and proficiency in report writing.

6. Overall-in-charge of outsourced physical security personnel deployed at Client facility, manage & monitor the performance of supervisory level and guarding staff.

7. Conduct risk assessment to ensure compliance with security procedures and update Client's Corporate Security Manager about incident/issues.

8. Be a connecting bridge between the Supplier and Client's Corporate Security for smooth operations and also maintain good relationship with other internal stakeholders.

9. Manage recruitment, deployment and leave plan of security manpower, prepare and manage weekly/monthly shift schedule for physical security personnel for adequate staffing of guard.

10. Responsible for physical security personnels appearance, turnout, and discipline at Client's  facilities. Escalate any disciplinary issues to Client's Corporate Security Manager immediately.

11. Ensure 100% compliance of all documentation of security personnel including Police verification before the deployment at Client's facilities. Keep a track of Police verification for all security personnel and reconcile on monthly basis.

12. Ensure complete statutory compliance of all security personnel (wages, PF, ESI, wage dispersing, weekly- off, OT, leave, vacancies. and submitting of security deployment monthly reports, deduction details if any as per SLA every month as directed by Client  Corporate Security Manager.

13. Ensure security personnel perform their designated duties and responsibilities. Take care of registers and maintenance of records at the security desks. Reconcile and sign on daily/weekly/fortnightly basis as instructed by Client's Corporate Security Manager.

14. Ensure 24X7 alertness of security personnel periodical and surprise night checks to check the alertness of security personnel and ensure all the areas are secure.

15. Provide Security escort for Women employees availing cab facility and ensure Breath Analyzer test is carried out for cab drivers and escort security.

16. Ensure safety and security of lady supervisors and guards and all grievance of security personnel as addressed in timely and appropriate manner.

17. Respond to any security, fire and any emergency related incidents. Be aware of location of fire extinguishers and other safety equipment placed in the Client's facility and ensure all security personnel are trained in firefighting.

18. Shall perform any other security related work assigned to him from time to time by Corporate Security team.
