Summary

Roles & Responsibilities

• At least 5 years of deep experience in all aspects of Information Security/Cyber Security.
• Deliver security awareness training for large groups (classroom and virtual).
• Develop engaging security awareness content for end users, IT/security specialists, and senior management.
• Create awareness content such as mailers, wallpapers, screensavers, newsletters, and similar materials.
• Develop, run, and report on phishing security awareness campaigns in complex environments.
• Design customized phishing mailers; create processes and procedures for new phishing programs.
• Communicate effectively in English with stakeholders on phishing campaigns and results.
• Develop and design insightful phishing reports for all levels.
• Hands-on experience with phishing platforms such as Cofense, KnowBe4, and Proofpoint.
  

Professional & Technical Skills

• Experience in providing cybersecurity awareness trainings.
• Experience with simulated phishing software.
• Experience in designing proposals and solutioning for security awareness offerings.
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to think critically and troubleshoot issues.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to blend technical information with graphic design and marketing skills to create engaging content.
• Self-motivated, flexible, and capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
  

Additional Information

• Minimum 7.5 years of experience in Security Architecture Design.
• Strong analytical skills and understanding of security processes.
• Strong communication and customer management skills to collaborate with global teams across geographies.
