Job Description

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred. 8-12 years of experience in HR operations, with a focus on the Hire to Retire process. Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role within HR Shared Services. Strong understanding of US labor laws and regulations. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. Ability to work in a hybrid environment, with 3 days in the office. Proficiency in HRIS systems and other HR-related software. Preferably (Workday, ServiceNow & ADP) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Ability to manage 5 10-member team. Preferred Skills: Leadership and team management Talent management and attrition control Change management Customer service orientation Project management Data analytics Operational execution Excellent verbal and written communication Experience with process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma). Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR).
