Job Description

Outpace Consulting Services is seeking a seasoned HRO Presales/Solution Architect for a leading ITES company. This role is instrumental in supporting Human Resources Outsourcing (HRO) sales by crafting bespoke HR solutions and driving client engagement. You'll participate in RFx responses, lead client workshops and due diligence, and effectively showcase HR service capabilities. The ideal candidate will combine deep HR domain knowledge (especially in Talent Acquisition) with significant presales expertise, along with strong communication, commercial acumen, and collaboration skills. Key Responsibilities: Solution Design & Strategy: Craft tailored HR solutions that address specific client needs, participating actively in responding to RFx (RFP/RFI) for HR solutions. Client Engagement: Lead and participate in client workshops, due diligence, and process studies, creating necessary documentation. Showcase service propositions in a manner that specifically addresses identified client needs and creates excitement among client teams. Relationship Building: Build and maintain trusted relationships with both sales teams and client accounts, leveraging deep HR domain and industry expertise to drive revenue growth for existing and new accounts. Content & Collateral Development: Work closely with the Pre-Sales Manager and Business teams to ensure all sales documentation and collateral are current and relevant. Create and manage a repository of reusable content, case studies, and standard sales/capability presentations. Technology & Process Improvement: Collaborate with technology and sales teams to develop internal tools that enhance processes. Stay updated on the latest HR technologies and industry trends. Required Qualifications: Experience: Minimum 10 years of overall experience in HR , with a strong focus on Talent Acquisition . Minimum 4 years of experience in HR sales / pre-sales . Technical Skills: Experience working on any of the leading HR applications like Workday, Oracle, or SAP . Understanding of the latest HR technologies in the market. Domain Knowledge: Solid understanding of industry processes/domain in at least one of Retail, Consumer Goods, or Manufacturing industries . Skills: Excellent communication skills, especially the ability to communicate professionally in written responses and articulate complex concepts clearly. Good commercial acumen. Excellent organizational and collaboration skills. Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in any discipline (preferably Human Resources, Business & Organization Management, Arts, or Commerce).
