Qualification-B.E./B.Tech/M.E./M.Tech Electrical

Experience 15 + Years

Main responsibilities:

• Manage own area according to the Action Plan to achieve discipline targets
• Ensure global unified way of working in cooperation within EDC and with other Business Areas
• Act as support for global service and work process development jointly with Regions & Global Account for own area
• Effective sales support for Regions & Global Account for own area
• Manage global resourcing and long-term competence development of own team to ensure flexibility in resourcing and cost efficiency through external resourcing, competence sharing and development, availability and recruitments
• Lead the target setting and performance in own organization and ensure career development plan through active participation in the performance management, succession planning for key roles, coaching & mentoring
• Act as main human resource and line management responsible within own team; team coaching and wellbeing
• Lead the team in own area and in cooperation with other disciplines to successful execution of projects, in accordance with customer requirements, with right quality and on time
• Act in operative role in customer projects
• Follow-up of global status of agreed KPIs for own team, and maintain sufficient IL%

Technical

• Basic and detailed engineering knowledge in Power plants, Refineries, Offshore, Chemical, Metal & Mining industry, Switchyard.

HV/MV/LV single line diagrams and protection schematics.

Lighting calculation & design.

Earthing calculation & design.

Lightning Protection system calculation & design.

Cable trays and cable sizing Load calculations.

Electrical equipment sizing.

Preparation of data sheets/specifications.

Technical bid evaluation. Vendor drawing review.

Heat Tracing Design.(Preferable)

Cathodic Protection design. .(Preferable)

Knowledge on Hazardous area classification.

Short circuit calculations, load flow studies, relay co-ordinations, relay settings, CT sizing, harmonic analysis, transient analysis, arc flash study. Through ETAP (Preferable)
