Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Section Head at JK Cement, located in Gotan. The Section Head will oversee daily security operations, including Fire & Safety, physical security, Automation, and Intelligence & Vigilance. Responsibilities include developing and implementing security policies, monitoring and assessing security threats, ensuring compliance with security protocols, and training staff on security best practices. The Section Head will also communicate with stakeholders to ensure all security measures are up to date and effective.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Physical Security, and Security Automation
• Strong Network Security knowledge and experience
• Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to develop and implement security policies and procedures
• Experience in training staff on security protocols is beneficial
• Bachelor’s degree in commerce, Master in commerce, or related field is desirable
• Relevant certifications such as MSM, PGDSIM, PGDFISM or equivalent are an advantage
• Proven track record of managing security in a large organization
