Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to the Founder/leadership team.
  • Manage schedules, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements with precision.
  • Handle emails, phone calls, and official correspondence professionally and confidentially.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, meeting agendas, and minutes.
  • Maintain documentation, contracts, and filing systems for easy retrieval.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless communication.
  • Support in event planning, brand meetings, and investor/client interactions.
  • Ensure timely follow-ups on pending tasks and commitments.
  • Uphold confidentiality and professionalism in all matters.



Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English and Hindi).
  • Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure.
  • High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism.
