Job Title: Secretariat Location: Bhowanipore / Park Street, Kolkata Job Type: Full-time | On-site Work Hours: 10:30 AM – 6:30 PM Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month (based on experience) About the Role: We are seeking a proactive and well-organized professional to support a reputed community-focused organization. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication abilities, a keen understanding of community and event management, and the ability to coordinate with senior leadership and committees. Key Responsibilities: Serve as a liaison between the leadership team, committee members, and residents Manage day-to-day office operations with efficiency and timeliness Handle correspondence, documentation, and meeting coordination Support social media communication and event-related tasks Assist in community engagement and society-related activities Prepare and submit reports as required to senior management Key Requirements: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Hindi, and Bengali Highly organised with strong time-management abilities Fair understanding of social media and community event marketing Prior experience in community or society management is a plus Ability to work independently and take initiative Fast learner and dependable self-starter Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Language: Hindi (Preferred) English (Required) Work Location: In person Expected Start Date: 23/06/2025
