Job Description

Only Female Candidates are apply for this Post - Immediate joining. Salary is 8,500/- to 12,500/- p.m. fixed. (as per candidates) Office timing is 10.00am to 7.00pm. Job details - Key Responsibilities: Maintain all records of customer interaction, booking through our CRM application. Strong Follow up skills. Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Bengali knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.) Sound computer proficiency. In some cases, Cold calling of Primary properties. Attending Clint's meetings & Participate in Negotiation meeting with buyer & Seller. Manage and grow the company’s presence on social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube by creating engaging content, posting updates, etc. Develop and manage property listings likes Magicbricks, 99 Acres, Housing etc and video marketing. Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, buyers, and investors. Assist in negotiating purchase agreements, contracts, and lease agreements on behalf of clients. Qualifications: Candidates must be must be Smart, talkative by nature, good looking, pleasing personality, computer knowledge, Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
