Talentgigs is a growing staffing and recruitment firm committed to connecting top talent with leading companies. We are currently looking for a freelance SEO expert to help optimize our website for search engines and generate inbound leads through organic traffic.

Key Responsibilities:

• Audit the existing website for SEO issues and improvements
• Optimize website content, meta tags, headers, internal links, and URL structure
• Perform keyword research to identify high-impact search terms for the staffing/recruitment industry
• Create and implement an on-page and off-page SEO strategy
• Improve local SEO visibility for city-specific staffing searches
• Build high-quality backlinks through white-hat techniques
• Collaborate with the content team to ensure SEO best practices are followed
• Set up and track performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, etc.
• Generate monthly reports on keyword rankings, traffic, and leads

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an SEO Specialist (especially for service-based websites)
• Familiarity with Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs/SEMRush, and other SEO tools
• Strong knowledge of SEO best practices, algorithm updates, and link-building techniques
• Understanding of lead generation through SEO strategies
• Basic knowledge of HTML, WordPress, and website structure
• Excellent communication and reporting skills
