🔍 SEO Specialist (3 Years Experience) – Full-Time, Kolkata

🚀 Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute SEO strategies to rank client websites
on Google and AI-driven platforms (LLMs like ChatGPT, Perplexity, etc.)
.
Perform keyword research, competitor analysis, and content optimization.
Manage
on-page, off-page, and technical SEO
for client websites.
Build and manage backlink strategies to improve domain authority.
Use
SEMrush
and other SEO tools for audits, keyword tracking, and reporting.
Guide and mentor a junior SEO executive in daily tasks and best practices.
Provide clear performance reports and growth updates directly to the
Agency Founder
.

🎯 Required Skills & Experience

3+ years of proven SEO experience
with live ranking results to show.
Strong expertise in
Google Search optimization
(on-page, off-page, technical).
Awareness of
AI-powered search (LLMs like ChatGPT/Perplexity)
and how to optimize for them.
Proficiency in
SEMrush, Google Analytics, Google Search Console
.
Ability to independently manage projects, track KPIs, and deliver measurable results.
Strong communication skills and ability to mentor juniors.
Must share a
portfolio/case studies of websites ranked successfully
.
