Search Engine Optimization Specialist

We are looking for an experienced, analytical, and highly strategic Senior SEO Manager to lead and scale our SEO efforts across three fast-growing brands in the wellness and natural products space.

This role requires a leader who can drive search growth, revenue impact, and long-term organic performancenot just rankings.

Key Responsibilities

1. SEO Strategy & Leadership

• Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies for all brands
• Drive initiatives that enhance organic visibility, traffic, and revenue
• Identify high-value SEO opportunities that directly impact business growth
• Lead SEO roadmaps aligned with marketing and sales goals

2. Revenue & Performance Growth

• Build SEO plans that increase organic sales, conversions, and ROI
• Monitor and analyze revenue performance from organic traffic
• Identify profitable keywords, landing pages, and content opportunities
• Optimize high-intent pages to maximize conversion rates and revenue per visitor
• Report monthly on SEO contribution to business revenue and growth

3. Technical SEO Management

• Conduct in-depth technical audits and solve site performance issues
• Improve site speed, structure, crawlability, indexing, and schema
• Collaborate with developers to implement SEO enhancements that affect rankings and revenue

4. Content SEO & Keyword Strategy

• Lead keyword strategies that target USA & Canada search behavior
• Oversee SEO content planning with revenue-focused topic selection
• Guide writers to create content that ranks and converts
• Analyze content performance and adjust strategy for higher revenue impact

5. Analytics, Reporting & Insights

• Track KPIs: rankings, impressions, CTR, conversion rates, and organic revenue
• Build performance dashboards and monthly SEO revenue reports
• Use insights to refine strategies, fix gaps, and scale wins

6. Team Collaboration & Mentorship

• Work closely with marketing, development, and product teams
• Mentor and guide SEO Content Writers and junior SEO staff
• Ensure brand alignment and strong SEO execution across all digital platforms

Qualifications & Requirements

• 35+ years of SEO experience (manager or senior specialist level)
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, IT, or a related field
• English proficiency is a must
• Strong skills in revenue-focused SEO, conversion optimization, and analytics
• Expert in technical SEO, on-page/off-page optimization
• Proficiency with Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, etc.
• Understanding of USA & Canada SEO trends and search behavior
• Strong leadership, analytical thinking, and strategic decision-making
• Experience in e-commerce, wellness, spices, food, herbal, or lifestyle brands is a plus
• Results-drivenable to tie SEO efforts directly to business revenue outcomes
