and we are looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) based in India to join our global commercial team.This role is ideal for

skills and experience in outbound prospecting.You will map schools, connect with educational decision-makers, and generate qualified opportunities for our sales team in Brazil.This is a 100% remote position with flexible hours and direct collaboration with a fast-growing EdTech company.---🎯

Key Responsibilities

1.

Outbound Prospecting

Identify private schools and educational institutions with partnership potential.Research and gather contact information for decision-makers.Perform cold calls, cold emails, and structured outreach messages.2.

Lead Qualification

Understand each school’s needs, pain points, and profile.Evaluate and qualify leads based on internal criteria.Schedule meetings for the Brazilian sales team.3.

Pipeline Management

Update and maintain accurate information in the CRM (RD Station).Track follow-ups and lead status.Ensure consistent and predictable sales funnel activity.4.

Support for the Brazilian Sales Team

Align expectations and hand off qualified opportunities.Organize relevant information for each scheduled meeting.Monitor KPIs and follow commercial routines.⭐

Preferred Qualifications (Strong Differentials)

Previous experience as an SDR, pre-sales rep, or inside sales.Experience in the education sector (schools, EdTech, publishers, etc.).High-volume outbound prospecting experience.Fluent English and strong written communication.Experience with CRM tools (preferably RD Station).Excellent organization, autonomy, and attention to detail.🔍

Must be based in India

.Experience in sales, customer contact, prospecting, or related roles.Reliable internet connection and ability to work remotely.Clear, professional communication skills.High level of discipline and time-management.Comfortable using phone, video, and email for outreach.🧭
