Role Overview

As a Phone Banking Officer, you will be responsible for managing service-related queries of high-value customers while ensuring compliance with internal and regulatory requirements. This role involves seamless coordination with internal departments and a strong customer service orientation.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle personalized service requests and queries from customers with professionalism and efficiency.
• Collaborate with CPC, RPC, and Investment desks to facilitate customer account opening processes.
• Generate timely and accurate business MIS reports to support performance tracking and decision-making.
• Ensure full compliance with audit guidelines, internal processes, and external regulatory standards.
• Address and resolve customer complaints within defined turnaround time (TAT) and service level expectations.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering courteous and solution-focused service.

Candidate Requirements

• Proven ability to build and manage relationships with high-net-worth individuals or select clientele.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a focus on delivering excellent customer service.
• Pleasant, polite, and professional demeanor in all customer interactions.
• Basic to intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data management and reporting.
• A sound understanding of banking operations, compliance requirements, and customer service protocols.

• Undergraduate: Any Graduate
• Postgraduate: Any Postgraduate (preferred but not mandatory)
