Job Description

As an HRO Solution Lead at the Manager level, you will play a crucial role in driving the solutioning process for Human Resource Outsourcing opportunities. Your responsibilities will include analyzing client requirements, designing end-to-end HRO solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams, developing solution artifacts, presenting solutions, staying updated on industry trends, and ensuring compliance with internal processes. Key Responsibilities: - Analyze and interpret RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs to understand client requirements, pain points, and expectations. - Design comprehensive HRO solutions encompassing service delivery models, technology enablers, transition plans, and pricing strategies. - Collaborate with HR operations, technology, legal, finance, and sales teams to build tailored proposals. - Develop solution artifacts like solution blueprints, value propositions, and delivery models. - Present solutions internally and to clients, effectively communicating the value and differentiation. - Keep abreast of HRO trends, best practices, and competitive landscape for innovative solutions. - Support due diligence, client workshops, and oral presentations during sales cycles. - Ensure adherence to internal governance and approval processes. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred). - 8-12 years of experience in HR operations, HRO solutioning, or HR consulting. - Proven track record in responding to RFPs/RFIs/RFQs and leading solution design for large-scale HR outsourcing deals. - Strong grasp of HR processes (hire-to-retire), HR technology platforms (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors), and service delivery models. - Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with meticulous attention to detail. In addition to the above qualifications, the following skills are preferred: - Experience with global HR outsourcing engagements. - Exposure to pricing models and commercial constructs. - Familiarity with automation, analytics, and digital HR tools.,
