Job Description

We're looking for a Frontend Lead to build world-class enterprise applications and deliver a stellar user experience for operators globally. You'll own frontend architecture, lead the team, and ensure high-quality, scalable, and maintainable code.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the rehaul of product experience and frontend architecture.
  • Improve development, deployment, and bug-fix processes.
  • Drive unit test coverage (80%+) and implement automated testing.
  • Own sprint cycles, task tracking, and team deliverables.
  • Mentor developers, conduct code reviews, and foster collaboration.

Requirements

  • Expert in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and web development best practices.
  • Strong React (or similar) and state management (Redux) experience.
  • Familiar with testing frameworks and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Problem solver with attention to detail
  • Leadership experience with a focus on mentoring and decision-making.
