Backend Software Engineer

This role is ideal for engineers who enjoy building systems from the ground up, writing clean and efficient code, and are keen to grow their expertise in system design and backend infrastructure.

What You'll Do

• Build scalable, maintainable backend services and APIs using

  NodeJS (with TypeScript)

  — experience here is mandatory.
• Work on systems written in

  Golang

  or

  Python

  , contributing to multi-language backend architecture.
• Design efficient data models and manage databases (e.g.,

  PostgreSQL

  ,

  MongoDB

  ) with performance and reliability in mind.
• Collaborate with Product, Frontend, and Infrastructure teams to deliver robust features end-to-end.
• Drive observability practices:

  logging

  ,

  monitoring

  , and

  alerting

  for your services.
• Work in containerized environments (e.g.,

  Docker

  ) and contribute to

  CI/CD pipelines

  .
• Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and mentoring as needed.

What We're Looking For

• 1–4 years

  of experience in backend development.
• Mandatory:

  Hands-on experience in NodeJS with TypeScript

  .
• Strong proficiency in

  Golang

  or

  Python

  is a plus.
• Solid understanding of

  data structures, algorithms

  problem-solving

• Experience with

  SQL
