Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced

Scrum Master

to guide and support our Agile teams in delivering high-quality products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Agile practices, servant leadership, and the ability to foster collaboration across cross-functional teams. The Scrum Master will act as a coach, mentor, and facilitator to ensure smooth delivery and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
Guide teams in Agile best practices to ensure successful delivery of product increments.
Remove impediments and foster a culture of ownership, accountability, and transparency.
Collaborate with Product Owners to manage product backlogs and ensure priorities are aligned with business goals.
Track, monitor, and report team progress using Agile metrics (velocity, burndown charts, etc.).
Coach team members, stakeholders, and leadership on Agile principles and frameworks.
Promote a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
Coordinate with other Scrum Masters and Agile Release Train members (if in SAFe environment).

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
5–10 years of total IT experience with 3+ years as a Scrum Master.
Hands-on experience working with Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
Strong facilitation and conflict-resolution skills.
Proficiency with Agile project management tools (Jira, Rally, Azure DevOps, or similar).
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
