Scrum Master - Senior Associate (5 Yrs to 7 Yrs)

EXPERIENCE :

EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.

LEADERSHIP SKILLS

Required:

Coach and mentor, the Scrum Team, and stakeholders on Agile practices, empowering them to self-organize and continuously improve. Utilize Agile Metrics Reporting to provide insights into team performance, aiding decision-making and fostering accountability. Familiarity with Agile tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, Rally, or Trello. Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and Agile methodologies.

Preferred:

Support team dynamics, mediating conflicts, resolving disagreements, and fostering a culture of respect and collaboration.
