Role & responsibilities

Must have skills:

5 years of IT or related business experience. Additional equivalent work experience of 3 years may be substituted for the degree requirement for a total of 9 years.
5 years experience managing project(s) using project life cycle methodologies.
3 years’ experience managing project budgets
Working exp on Mobile applications

Key asks for the role:

Lead and deliver large-scale projects from planning to completion, ensuring on-time, on-budget, and quality outcomes.
Develop and manage project plans, schedules, resources, financials, and risks.
Ensure compliance with SDLC, organizational standards, and policies.
Coordinate release activities across multiple teams, holding them accountable to the
Definition of Done
.
Build strong stakeholder relationships, drive alignment, and communicate tough issues with clarity.
Mentor and guide team members, providing feedback and fostering a culture of learning and collaboration.
Manage vendor performance, SLAs, and assist in contract negotiations.
Proactively identify improvement opportunities and implement effective solutions.
