Scrum Master - Project Manager

As a Project Manager at our company, you will utilize your strong project management skills along with relevant technical expertise to oversee managed projects and programs. Your key responsibilities will include: - Being accountable for managing the lifecycle of complex cross-functional projects that have a long-term positive impact on the company. - Defining and organizing programs, outlining tenets, analyzing data, driving performance improvements, and influencing resource allocation throughout all stages of execution. - Diving deep into the business domain to understand and steer the direction of products/services using a domain-driven architecture approach. - Working closely with development teams to build and launch new products, features, and programs. - Influencing multiple teams and organizations while driving internal and external process improvements. - Operating successfully in ambiguous environments and handling multiple contending priorities simultaneously. - Monitoring and tracking program execution, removing blockers, and always finding a way forward in challenging situations. - Communicating effectively upward and outward, possessing strong interpersonal skills. In Agile projects, you will also be responsible for holding all agile ceremonies in the scrum team and ensuring that the team delivers sprint targets per committed sprint velocity and outcomes. You will work closely and collaboratively with the Product Owner, scrum team, and other stakeholders across areas to facilitate and ensure the timely execution of sprint deliverables of the requisite quality and comprehensiveness.
