Description
As an SAP Integration Architect, you will be responsible for designing and implementing comprehensive integration solutions that seamlessly connect non SAP applications with SAP S4HANA. - Architect integration solutions that connect non SAP applications with SAP S4HANA, addressing both structured and unstructured data exchanges. - Define integration solution design document including High Level Designs (HLDs), Low Level Designs (LLDs), and interface specification to ensure thorough documentation of integration architectures. - Conduct design assurance reviews to validate that integration solutions adhere to enterprise architecture principles and align with business objectives. - Perform impact assessments for proposed integration solutions changes to minimize disruptions to existing SAP and non SAP processes. - Collaborate with cross functional teams to align SAP integration solutions with overarching business process requirements. - Provide assurance and governance by enforcing compliance with TDA and ARB standards for integration solutions. - Maintain comprehensive integration solution blueprints, API catalogs, and documentation to support ongoing system scalability and adaptability. - Utilize enterprise tooling, such as LeanIX, to map integration solution landscapes and ensure architectural consistency across the organization. - Implement API management, authentication, and security best practices across SAP and non SAP ecosystems to ensure secure integration solutions. - Develop and maintain middleware based integration solutions using platforms like SAP CPI, MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, and SnapLogic to ensure connectivity across various systems. - Ensure both real-time and batch processing integration solutions, optimizing for performance and robust error handling. - Support end-to-end delivery processes of integration solutions, including deployment, cutover planning, hypercare, and post go-live optimization phases. - Implement error handling frameworks within integration solutions to ensure resilience in data exchange processes and enhance exception monitoring capabilities. - Establish logging, monitoring, and alerting mechanisms within integration solutions for proactive issue detection within integration workflows. - Work closely with infrastructure and security teams to align integration solutions with compliance requirements, risk management strategies, and data governance policies. - Ensure seamless connectivity between SAP and external applications through the development of scalable and reusable integration solutions patterns. - Support API lifecycle management within integration solutions, ensuring that API versioning, throttling, and governance protocols are maintained for long-term sustainability.
