Description
As an Enterprise Architect, you will be responsible for analysing and documenting the current-state architecture, systems, integrations, and data flows. You will need to understand the business strategy and roadmap to define and evolve the target architecture. Your key responsibilities include: - Conducting solution evaluations and comparisons, providing recommendations aligned with enterprise goals. - Driving technology rationalization by identifying redundant or outdated technologies and recommending streamlined alternatives. - Defining and maintaining enterprise architecture standards, including guidelines for security, performance, scalability, and interoperability. - Collaborating with development teams to guide high-level design, ensuring alignment with the target architecture. - Performing periodic code reviews to enforce architectural principles and ensure code quality, security, and performance compliance. - Partnering with stakeholders across business, security, and operations to ensure architecture meets enterprise-wide requirements. - Serving as a key advisor on strategic initiatives and providing architectural oversight throughout the project lifecycle. - Providing deep technical expertise to assess solution proposals and specifications. - Working closely with key stakeholders from various business units to understand their business requirements and translate them into systems and applications architectural specifications. - Conceptualizing and designing the end-to-end architecture of the solution by leveraging the enterprise-wide technology and analytics platform and implementing effective IT solutions for the organization and industry, ensuring alignment with desired business outcomes. - Resolving technical problems and constraints. - Providing supervision and guidance to development teams. Qualifications Required: - Bachelors or masters degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field. - 10+ years of progressive experience in software architecture, solution design, or enterprise architecture. - Sound knowledge in coding languages, Mobile app technologies, various operating systems, and databases. - Proven experience in DevSecOps and CI/CD adoption and deployment. - Hands-on experience in designing and developing reusable components, microservices, containers, and Kubernetes. - Proven expertise in designing scalable, secure, and high-performance enterprise systems. - Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP), integration patterns, and modern application architectures (microservices, APIs). - Hands-on experience with architecture modelling tools (e.g., ArchiMate, Sparx EA). - Familiarity with security and compliance standards (e.g., OWASP, ISO 27001). - Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
