The Scrum Master / Project Manager will be responsible for planning, tracking, and governing agile delivery across defined milestones. The role involves facilitating agile ceremonies, monitoring sprint health and velocity, proactively managing risks and change requests, and ensuring clear communication across delivery teams and stakeholders. The individual will play a key role in maintaining delivery discipline and ensuring timely outcomes within agreed scope, schedule, and quality expectations.
Lead sprint planning, track velocity, remove impediments, and enforce delivery timelines
Facilitate all agile ceremonies and ensure adherence to Scrum best practices
Own risk management, change control, and milestone-based reporting
Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder communications
Ensure delivery governance, transparency, and alignment with agreed objectives
